What is the CPESN Leads Initiative? 

CPESN Leads is a CPESN USA initiative designed to celebrate the leadership and dedication of community pharmacy professionals across the country that are actively engaged in advancing pharmacy practice and transforming patient care.

Through CPESN Leads, participants will track their efforts and contributions and earn pharmacy outcomes (i.e. tokens/points) through engagement efforts within five key leadership programs: Luminary Leaders, Next Gen Luminary Leaders, Beacon Leaders, Academia Leaders (ACT), and Student Leaders. Participants will be recognized through traditional and non-traditional means and with tokens of gratitude both physical and non-physical, but always designed to bring visibility to efforts that advance Community Pharmacy practices and a place on a frequently updated CPESN Leads Scoreboard.

What are the participation Requirements?

Participation in CPESN Leads requires that you work in an active CPESN member pharmacy or that you are engaged in a local CPESN Network.

How to get started?

1. Sign Up: Click HERE to enroll under one of the five programs that best fit your role in community pharmacy practice.  

2. Set Goals and Engage in Community Pharmacy: Once enrolled, evaluate the point system and areas of achievement to set your personal and professional goals in line with your chosen program. 

3. Track Your Progress and Earn Rewards!: Each program has its own metrics, and your achievements will be displayed on the CPESN Leaderboard. Top performers' efforts will be recognized with visibility, rewards, and a place on the CPESN Leads scoreboard. 

What is the CPESN Leadership Recognition Cycle? (i.e. the dates in which outcomes can be earned, claimed and recognized)

The period in which participants can earn and collect pharmacy outcomes runs from September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025. A new recognition cycle resets on September 1, 2025. 

Can I earn pharmacy outcomes on contributions completed prior to this year's leadership recognition cycle?

No. Participants should only claim pharmacy outcomes completed between September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025.
